We offer worldwide shipping! However, while COVID-19 is still happening please double check to see if your country is allowing international packages. 

Our current processing time for all handmade product is 1-2 weeks and we will ship your package via USPS. 

We currently do accept custom orders with limitations. If you need slight sizing adjustments with our existing designs, please contact us via email (info@pinktailco.com) or direct message on Instagram (@pinktailco) and we will sort this out. 

Once approved, you will need to add a customization add-on to your cart for the customization to go through. 

Customs fees may occur depending on the country you reside in. To prevent unexpected charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order. If any customs fee occur, you are responsible for the fees and we will not reimburse you. 

Every handmade product is made to order and customized to your specifications, but your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help!

We accept returns that meet the following requirements: 
1. Email info@pinktailco.com to initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date. 
2. Item(s) must be in brand new condition, unworn and unused. 
3. Returned item(s) must be received within 14 days of the initial delivery date.

Things to note: Products that are damaged over time or by your pup cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please take off their accessories when unattended to prevent them from chewing it or getting lost. 

Care recommendations are under each individual products. While our products can be cleaned in a washing machine using a delicates bag, we recommend hand washing all of our products to keep the hardware in good condition.

We use heavy duty webbing for our collar, leash and harnesses and they have a tensile strength of 3,000+ pounds. However, as a disclaimer, please note that no accessories is indestructible and please always check your dog's accessories for wear and tear before using it. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.
